    About Me

I leap then look, hence, Phoenix "rising" (rzzg). I LOVE recipe books, but only like to cook when the mood hits me! When I do, I love to improvise! Italian food is one of my favorites, and I am learning from hosting foreign students about Korean, Chinese, and Dutch foods! I try to be open to most things, but a few things I just can't! (mostly seafood and sushi!) :)

    Favorite Foods

Italian, American, Midwestern (meat and potatoes) comfort foods, some Korean and Chinese dishes, Apple beneigts!
