    "This is the best roast pork I have ever had!I made one change. I sliced the potatoes 1/2". I added them to the roast after the foil came off. I poured 1/4 cup olive oil on top of them. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and cook for 1/2 hour and then TURN them. Cook them for another 1/2 hour or till done."
