I don't diet but try to use the principles of the MediterrAsian Way. My husband and I are from ethnically diverse "cooking" families so both of us love to make food and eat it! It's a bit more challenging to stay creative while raising young children (who are also ultra finicky!), but I do my best...and we have hot dogs on the other nights. ;) You can read more about our crazy clan and my other quirky ponderings on my blog.
My culinary claim to fame is my original recipe for Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties which was also published in Taste of Home Light & Tasty (I submitted it after so many great reviews on Zaar).
My latest achievement was miraculously winning 1st and 2nd place in the Summer 2009 Craze-E Salads Contest. The first double win in Zaar history! :D
