"This is a very simple chocolate cupcake recipe but a GOOD one. I made these for my Granny's 96th b-day party and they were a hit. I didn't try the PB frosting so I can't comment on it but the cupcakes were awesome."

"For a low-fat brownie this is VERY good, the best recipe I've found so far. They were chewy, not cakey. I found it to be a tad bit on the sweet side so next time I make these I will decrease the sugar. I had to bake mine for 40 minutes. Overall a very good brownie. If you're looking for a low-fat brownie that's very similar to the full-fat br..."

"One word - AWESOME! I wasn't sure what to expect with this recipe. I like chickpeas and I like rosemary but wasn't sure what they would be like together. This stuff is so good I could eat the entire thing right out of the oven! Crispy on the outside, soft inside. I will definitely be making this again. I served with olive tapenade and feta c..."

"I've been trying to find a good salmon patty recipe for some time now and this one fits the bill. I like the addition of the baked potato, it cuts down on the normally "fishy" taste to most salmon patties and I didn't find these to be mushy at all. I also used panko insted of regular breadcrumbs. I'll definitely be making these again."

Instead of the chocolate chips I had some solid chocolate (dark and extreme dark that I chopped up and put in the mix. I also chilled my batter for an hour. These turned out great, will definitely be making aga..."
