My wonderful wife and I love to cook for our family, freind's, and others. ( and of course "taste testing" is a must! )
I am nicknamed the "Pickleguy" because I work as a purchasing agent in the maintenance division of large pickle, pepper, and relish manufacturing facility. We produce product under private labels such as: Kraft, Aunt Janes, Great Value/Sam's Club, and scores of smaller local brands. We also produce the pickle slices you will find on thousands of burgers across the country from fast food places such as McDonalds all the way to the upper scale restaraunts and everywhere in between.
I just really do love to cook. It relaxes me and I enjoy preparing food that others can delight in. This website gives me so many great new ideas and recipes to try that I know I will never be able to use or try them all.
I do want to take a moment and just say "Thank you" to everyone that is part of this on-line cooking family, and that post so many wonderful recipes.
Seafood, all most anything I can BBQ or Grill, and Pasta's.
