"Simple and REALLY good! My husband thought it was a little sweet the fiirst time I made it so I cut the maple syrup by half and it was perfect. I pan seared the mahi about 4 minutes on each side and it was so good!!!"

"I had some eggplant from my garden, a couple roma tomatoes, a pound of ground buffalo, and some cottage cheese (which I subbed for the ricotta that all needed to be used and this recipe fit the bill perfectly! To make sure it wasn't watery I used dehydrated spinach and bell peppers instead of fresh to absorb the extra liquid. I also made it in ..."

"Good stuff! I have a prolific habanero plant and this was the perfect way to use all those peppers! I used apple cider vinegar because the white stuff's a little too strong for our taste. No more store bought hot sauce for us! Thanks!"

"Wow, this is good!!! The only changes I made were to leave out the egg yolks (since I just ran out of eggs so increased the mascarpone cheese to 4 oz to make up for it, and I used coconut milk instead of nonfat milk. I also simply put all of the ingredients into the blender including half the cherries, then added the other half during the last ..."
