"Soooo Good!! This is such a quick and easy recipe (my favorite kind). I used a splash of soy sauce due to being scared of what the entire amount would due. Next time I may use a little less tumeric only because of my personal taste. I too added veggies and loved it. This is a must have recipe!!!"
"An easy and delicious recipe! You can add any vegetables your family enjoys. I found a 1 pound bag of 7 beans which was nice. I will be keeping this in my roation during the cool winter days. Not just for Vegans! Thanks!!!"
"Wow what a great holiday side dish!!! My non vegan family loved it! The only changes I made were due to forgetting to purchase a few ingredients (With all the Christmas rush not too bad). I used applesauce for the prune puree and orange juice for the apricot brandy. I will defintely be making this again for future holiday meals. Thanks!!!"
"YUMMY!!!! My non vegan family loved the soup! I followed the directions and it turned out great! I did have to make it in two pots which in the end turned out best. "A huge hit!!! I took this to a church function and many were happy to have a healthy & diabetic dessert! I also doubled the filling (a must). I used dried apricots and it was great. Thx for a vegan dessert keeper!!"
"Soooo yummy!!! This was a huge hit with all my picky eaters, and extremely easy for me! I used the apples I had on my hand, red delicious & golden. I will be making this often. Thanx!"
"Very good! I have made this 3 times with just a few tweeks each time. I like to steep my tea longer (I like strong tea) & add 1/8 tsp. of baking soda while the tea is steeping. Due to the amount of pulp sinking to the bottom of the pitcher mixing the berries and mint in the blender is best. You can strain the tea to remove the seeds as well. ..."
"I made this with coconut rum, & it was a huge hit!! One pint is more than enough for 2 pineapples; mine were purchased skinned and cored. I saved the juice infused rum for an adult fruit slushy the next day (yummy)! This is perfect for those hot summer parties!"
"I'd love to give this recipe some stars, but I messed up. TIP: Only add the 3/4 cup of pink lemonade called for. I didn't pay attention and added all. Problem is the batter tasted fine but not the cupcakes (way too tart!) I didn't reliaze this until after the party were I took 48!! Nobody liked them! My DS encouraged me by saying nobody kne..."
