    Reviewed Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

"I prepared this in the way that PardenMe247 had, and really enjoyed it. I tend to prefer chicken (regardless of sauces/added seasonings) to be in bite-sized pieces, as opposed to one big chunk. It was wonderful, straight out of the pan--however, with the main components from this recipe. Thank you for posting, Parsley!"

    Reviewed Korean Zucchini- Hobak Chon

"Tasty, but perhaps a little seasoning added to the flour (or directly after taken from the pan) will add to the flavor. Otherwise, in the future i will use panko instead of plain flour. Thanks, graciethebaker."

"Delicious! Easy and quick. These are items that are in most people's kitchens, so it's a nice way to spice up the same 'ol corn :) Thanks, spaceace."

Reviewed Cashew Chicken and Baby Bok Choy

"Loved the flavor, and the crunchy offerings of the cashews! After taking the cashews out of the pan, I let them rest on some paper towel on a plate--then sprinkled them with a little bit of salt. I will definitely make this again. Like another reviewer, I was looking for a new way to use my baby bok choy from my organic produce delivery. We're s..."

    Favorite Foods

Tongan food is my favorite, and I'm forever attempting to play around with the recipes that are passed down through family (although many of them need not to be played with..hehe). Keke Tonga is my most loved comfort food of all time..just like grandma's! One thing I'm not fond of, is when someone uses ingredients like pineapple or fish and then calls it a traditional island dish. I think that's so odd and typically misleading. I also enjoy different kinds of Asian foods. If dining out, it's usually for sushi and pho.

I try and eat healthy, and I cook and bake with only organic ingredients and have done so for nearly the past 5 years. I've never felt better! I'm not one for things out of boxes, or the type of cooking that is featured in that show Semi-Homemade food (I think that's the name) for that matter. It seems to me that you can't really enjoy yourself in the kitchen if you're always starting from a powdered or jellied packet of who knows what?!

I have a weakness for gummy candies, chocolate mints, and anything pickled, which I blame completely on my papa.
