"Delicious. Everyone went back for seconds. I had to make a few subs in this, such as ground pork instead of ground beef, since it was what I had, and garlic powder since I was out of cloves. It turned out really good anyway! I'll be sure to try it again as written. The feta in the mashed potatoes was just yummy. Thanks for posting."

"Simple, easy, delicious and healthy! I made this in the oven and served it with oven grilled salmon. Delicious combination. I had to sub green pepper for the red because it was what I had available, and think it would be even better with the red pepper. I also added a diced zucchini because I had one that needed to be used. I sprayed the tin foil ..."

"Delicious! Similar to a pound cake but lighter because there is less butter. I used finely chopped almonds for the nuts and had to sub lemon juice for the vinegar but other than that followed the recipe exactly. The combo of the fresh cherries, coconut and almond is very yummy. Will definitely make this again. Thanks for posting."

"Delicious. I followed the recipe as written with the exception that (after reading a few of the reviews I subbed applesauce for half the oil, used 1/2 cup of golden raisins and 1/2 cup walnuts instead of 1 cup walnuts and used light cream cheese in the frosting. Very easy to make and smelled great coming out of the oven! Everyone loved it, thanks..."

"Delicious!! I subbed one third cup of the oatmeal with fine chopped coconut because I love the coconut / cranberry combination. It worked perfectly, what a great tasting cookie!"

"The cake portion of this recipe is wonderful! I was looking for a recipe to use up some raisins, walnuts and left over dulce de leche and found this little gem. I added more raisins and walnuts than the recipe called for because I didn't want any left over and would probably do so again because we loved it like that. I didn't make the sauce becaus..."

"Excellent cobbler. I used fresh peaches and subbed brown sugar for the sugar in the topping - just delicious! 45 minutes was enough cook time for mine, it came out of the oven looking and smelling wonderful. I'll definitely be making this one again. Thanks for posting it."

"Excellent! Yummy combo of sweet and tart. I only buy unsweetened coconut, so that is what I used and it seemed to work well. I didn't need the full baking times stated, but I think that is likely because of the type of pan I used. This is definitely a recipe I will be making again. Thanks for posting!"

"When I first saw this recipe, I didn't have any BBQ sauce or grape jelly, but I had the other ingredients and some bottled honey garlic sauce (the thick kind. Worked really great. Super easy, super yummy! Thanks for posting this, I've made it a few times now, it's a combo that I wouldn't have thought of, but everyone really likes it!"
