This is me on the beach (at sunrise) from a southern vacation a few years ago. After loosing more than 50 pounds I am not so shy about bathing suits, beaches or pools as I used to be.
When I'm not working, I'm a relaxing around the house kind of person. I like to read, surf the net and play adventure games (of which there are fewer and fewer). Post Mortem, Keepsake, A Vampyre Story are all favs! I like the CSI games too.

Standard substitutions: I use butter. If I've reviewed a recipe that calls for margarine, light margarine or shortening, you can safely assume that I substituted butter when making it.
I love Chinese, Mexican and Seafood restaurants. I usually order things I never make at home, either because they're too time consuming or no one else will eat it (like calamari).
