    "These potatoes were wonderful. The only change I made was to roast my garlic by itself in the oven and add it at the end of ther recipe. Instead of cream and cheese, I added cream cheese instead. It gaves mashes potatoes a creamy texture without having to use milk if you are out, which I was."
