Shared Recipe Greek Cucumber Yogurt Sauce (Tzatziki)

"A nice creamy garlic tzatziki. A perfect dip for pita bread or putting onto Gyros or Souvlaki."

Shared Recipe Pork Sausage & Beluga Lentil Stew

"The hearty, warming goodness of this one course meal is only increased by its utter simplicity of preparation. Accompany the stew with crusty sourdough bread."

    About Me

Chantilly Virginia (a suburb of Washington DC) is my home, and I am a Management Consulting Executive by trade. I am an enthusiast participant in all outdoor activities and sports. I enjoy the company of people and I particularly love cooking. It is a pleasure to share good food with friends and family.

    Favorite Foods

My interests in foods are varied. However, all of my recipes are healthy, and I use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients (often organic, low salt, low-to-no saturated fat and trans fat, low sugar, and no refined white flours). I would never serve someone food that isn't my best.

I thoroughly enjoy various cuisines from Central American, to Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, to south Asian and North African. I like to use spices and herbs to bring out the flavor in foods, and I'm not shy about mixing spices or techniques from different ethnic cuisines together.
