    About Me

    Self employed electronics engineer. Live a batchelor's life and no cat any more - poor lad died a couple of years ago and I haven't the heart to get another.  Just a big soft wazzock, that's me.

    I try to be a reasonable gardener and cook but green fingers I don't have :(

    Cooking is easier.  Here I can learn from my many mistakes.

    My inspiration for cooking came from seeing all the cr*p that goes into processed food and trying to avoid excess sodium.  Also supermarket meats are generally very poor and more expensive than my local butcher.

    I suppose that's my pet peeve in that there is far too much sugar available in innocuous guises so our young generation becomes ever more gross.
