"This is a very tasty rice dish but not what I would call a casserole meal. Delicious as a side dish but not belly-filling enough to eat alone. I really liked it, though!

I'll make it again! It's good."

"What is not to love? It is a perfect comfort food and this recipe is just as good as it gets.

Bake it in the oven for supper one night and then the next day shape the leftovers into silver dollar sized coins and fry in bacon grease and serve with eggs like little pancakes with Aunt Jemima syrup for breakfast.

    Yum.This is crazy g..."

"I'm not going to leave any stars because in all fairness I didn't follow the recipe, exactly. I didn't have the ingredients required so subbed with what I had. Here's what I did... I used the Grand Biscuits and topped them with eggs and cheese and baked just like the recipe instructions . They were delicious prepared as the recipe instructed! Then..."

"These were so good! I made them today for a July 4th BBQ and everyone LOVED THEM! I was like a rock star popular.

I subbed Miracle Whip (as you suggested) instead of mayo cause I like them a little sweet so I didn't add the additional sugar listed in the cooking ingredients. Other than that... I stayed true to the recipe exactly as posted..."

"This is an amazing recipe. Please don't boil your corned beef or prepare in a crockpot, the flavor is boiled out of the meat. Slow baking is the only way to go. I seared it in a large cast iron Dutch oven and then baked it in the same pan covered with its heavy lid instead of wrapping in foil. I topped it with carrots and onions. OMG. Totally awes..."

"Excellent recipe! I have a recipe posted for balsamic strawberries from a Jeff Smith cookbook but yours is better than mine. The lemon zest makes a world of difference and I will make them that way from now on. I'm a lazy bachelor so I used purchased shortcakes from the bakery. Very tasty!"

"This is VERY crunchy chicken! I like it like that. The batter needs some flavor so I add some garlic powder and smoked paprika. I also brine my chicken in 4 cups of water with a handful of kosher salt and a handful of white sugar for four hours. Give this recipe a try it is delicious."

"Delicious! I baked at 375 for 15 minutes in a an ordinary 13x9 baking sheet lined with foil to catch the grease.

I didn't turn the bacon or drain any grease away... the bacon was perfect after sitting on some newspaper to drain away the fat for 15 minutes.

This makes perfect bacon for a BLT sandwich."

"This is the best turkey burger I have ever had. I served on toasted onion rolls with sauteed mushrooms/onions. I didn't have a block of Swiss to grate so I just used a slice on top of the burger. I used 85/15 ratio ground turkey, panko crumbs, and added 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce to the mix. I pan fried 3 minutes per side instead of using the..."

"I regret to be the red headed freckled stepchild and comment that it was waaaay too salty. I used 1/2 of all of the dry ingredients and it was still too salty for my taste.

The flavor was excellent but OMG the salt was over whelming. I liked the flavor but next time I will use 1/4 of each of the dry packaged ingredients."
