"I regret to be the red headed freckled stepchild and comment that it was waaaay too salty. I used 1/2 of all of the dry ingredients and it was still too salty for my taste.

The flavor was excellent but OMG the salt was over whelming. I liked the flavor but next time I will use 1/4 of each of the dry packaged ingredients."

"Delicious! I baked at 375 for 15 minutes in a an ordinary 13x9 baking sheet lined with foil to catch the grease.

I didn't turn the bacon or drain any grease away... the bacon was perfect after sitting on some newspaper to drain away the fat for 15 minutes.

This makes perfect bacon for a BLT sandwich."

"I can NOT believe how good these enchiladas are. I was VERY skeptical that just a few simple ingredients could be so delicious but... this dish is slap your Mama silly good. I used a 13x9 inch casserole dish and got 8 corn tortilla and 4 flour tortilla enchiladas with the right amount of cheese left to sprinkle over the top. I preferred the corn ..."

"Anytime I make something twice in three days is an exceptional recipe. This is that kind of recipe. I made these for a simple dinner for Dugan and myself. He scarfed his and was looking suspiciously at mine so I just pulled everything out of the fridge and made him another. The second one I browned in olive oil and he really went carniverous over ..."

"This is an amazing recipe. Please don't boil your corned beef or prepare in a crockpot, the flavor is boiled out of the meat. Slow baking is the only way to go. I seared it in a large cast iron Dutch oven and then baked it in the same pan covered with its heavy lid instead of wrapping in foil. I topped it with carrots and onions. OMG. Totally awes..."

"This is a terrific stroganoff. I was confused about the lemon juice but gave it go and stayed true to the recipe. The lemon gave it a nice zip that I suspect would only work in a sour cream dish. It was a nice surprise and made it different than other stroganoff recipes I am accustomed to. Like wicked cook 46, I cut down the calories by forming me..."

"I have a nasty case of bronchitis right now. This soup is so soothing and has really helped. But you can make it just because it tastes great! No bronchitis required to enjoy! I won't go into how soothing this soup is and talk about disgusting things like how it breaks down mucous and clears stuffy noses... a review should entice you to make it no..."

"Great recipe! I strayed from the directions a bit concerning the mushroom prep. I find that raw grilled mushrooms are dry so I parboiled some baby portabellas for a couple of minutes and then added them to the skewer and then grilled them. Try it! You won't be disappointed."

"I've made this casserole several times and I love it. I use regular corn toasted Doritos instead of flavored. Nice casserole, Rose!edit: I've never found the chicken verde cream soup so I just add a can of green chilies and just use regular cream of chicken for the soup mix."
