"We really enjoyed the Parmetier potatoes. They were excellent and had great flavor. However, we did cut the butter in half and they turned out fine. Sprinkling the cheese, garlic and bacon separately was a bit tedious and we felt that if these ingredients were combined and then sprinkled or brushed on, that would be easier and more evenly spread. "This dressing was okay. Personally for us the oil was over powering and if made again we would use less. Perhaps we will try putting it in the refrigerator to let the flavors blend better,like the review below mentioned. Thanks!"
