    Always looking for and sharing healthy recipes. I use SparkPeople to track my nutritional goals. I joined RecipeZaar as part of my ongoing endeavor to make my cooking and grocery shopping more organized and efficient. I love to do both, when there is time.

    I look for traditional recipes of all kinds, and then I adapt them to better fit my nutritional needs. I also like time-saving options. Since I work fulltime and commute three days a week, the easier it is to throw something together... the better I eat. I don't mind paying a little more for healthy pre-prepped ingredients.
