"Excellent way to have sardines! Yumm... I'll be having this again. Simple and quick to make too. I had mine on homemade whole wheat raisin bread. Definitely a unique flavour! Raisins and sardines go pretty good together."

"These disappeared in a flash! A little cakey cooked for 6 minutes on high on my 1000 watt microwave. I don't mind a cakey brownie. But it wasn't exactly what I expected. "Not as good as Jean Pare's. But pretty good! I don't think I mixed the custard filling long enough. Mine were a bit harder than I remember them being. I can't stress enough the importance of good chocolate on the top. I took these to a funeral, where several other people took them as well. Mine were definitely better than the cheap chocolate..."

"Too sweet! We served this at a potluck and it received rave reviews from the Sweet Tooth people in the crowd. For our tastes I will leave all sugar out of the sweet potatoes next time and just put it in the topping. We made twice the filling and half the topping too. So it shouldn't have been too sweet. But it was. Just sweet potato is sweet..."
