"This recipe is wonderful. It has become our favorite for large family get togethers or brunches. We have substituted a single layer of Tater Tots for the hash browns however. This makes it easier to cut into identical squares for serving giving a cake like appearance. Wonderful."

"This recipe was very good but it was a really, really thick dough. I added 1/4 cup of water to thin it out some and also added 3/4 cup of butterscotch chips. The cookies came out light and chocolatey with just a hint of butterscotch. Very, very good."

"I wanted to make this a main dish, so I added a package of cubed ham. Turned out wonderful."
