"loved it, loved it, loved it. Easy to prepare, and freezes well. We tried this, in honor of the movie, for my kids who love to help me cook. "This IS a good switch from the typical tomato-based rice dishes that have these spices in it. It was a nice change. I doubled the cumin because we love Mexican flavorings. The one thing I will do next time is add some fresh minced cilantro for some added flavor. Thanks for posting"
