"Overcooked Chicken and undercooked bacon.
I tried this again, but I used thin sliced bacon instead of thick, and I used dark meat for the chicken.
Like scallops, this time I made the effort to stand the pieces up in the pan so that the bacon was exposed to heat all the way around. The results were worlds better.
