"I appreciated all the other reviews talking about the versatility of this recipe. The crust alone was worth making it. I decided to thicken some plum puree I had and poured it over the crust. Because it wasn't technically a jam or jelly, it seeped into the crust thus creating more like a cobbler dish. Even so it is delicious and I just told the k..."

"Even with making adjustments using the items I had, this is delicious! I used 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder, 1/4 cup evaporated cane juice crystals and 1/2 cup keifer in addition to the 1/2 cup milk. The results was a healthier version than Starbucks and just as delicious. I will definately be making these this summer."

"I made 3 batches in order to make 24 decent size cupcakes. Baked them at 350 F for 20 minutes. They were light, fluffy and super delicious. I used salted cream butter and omitted the teaspoon of salt and also used sugar cane crystals instead of white sugar. Placed some white chocolate chips on top while they cooled and it was a hit with all the ki..."

"This was amazing. I kept some nuggets plain and told the kids it was chicken nuggets and the rest I used with the sauce. This was a great birthday surprise for my husband. I substituted the sherry for 1/4 vinegar, 1/4 water and 1 tablespoon sugar. I also did not have any chilies so I used a chili pepper infused olive oil for the second fry. Pe..."

"This is extraordinary! I don't like cake and yet I had two slices of this very moist and flavorful cake. We cooked it in a bundt pan, drizzled melted chocolate chips over it and sprinkled powdered sugar on it and topped individual slices with either raspberries or strawberries. DIVINE!!"

"Best Vegan recipe I have ever made. I omitted the jalapeno and celery simply because I didn't have any. Instead of a can of diced tomatoes I used a can of diced tomatoes with green chili. I also used three different beans- pinto, red and black. VERY flavorful without being overwhelming. I love when the sweet and spicy flavors impress all sides o..."

"AWESOME! I only used the rub portion of the recipe since that was what I was looking for. Next time I will try the sauce as well. We had a similar meal at a very fancy restaurant years ago and have been craving it since. This was just as good as the one we remembered. You made my DH night! Thanks for posting."
