"This glaze is delicious. I don't have a BBQ (I know..., so I baked it at 450 for 10 minutes with perfect-melt-in-your-mouth-tender results. I quadrupled the sauce, and baked it all together in a sqaure pan and served it over brown rice. Only change to glaze was omitting the oil and it seemed to work out fine."

"I've tried so many low fat banana breads and they always turn out too dense and not bready at all. This one was perfect--moist and bready. It makes one nice sized loaf and I like that it has 4 banadas (most have 2 because of the increased nutritional value. I added walnuts and it was really good that way. Thanks!"

"The (Canadian Liquor store would not sell me grain alcohol because they said I needed a perscription for it! So I bought some alcool--a tasteless hard liquor. It turned out amazing and was soooo delicous. I used splenda for the sugar and whole milk instead of cream. I also make a lime version and called key lime pie cocktail -- it was such a ..."

"This was super yummy! In an effort to reduce salt in my diet, I replaced the ketchup with heinz no added salt tomato sauce, and it still turned out beautifully. I also used my homemade low sodium salsa. I put the extra sauce left over on my mashed potatoes and it was sooo good -- who needs butter and salt now? The chili power and cumin kick it..."

    Reviewed Queso Blanco Dip
    Handle
     |  By Wildflour

"I could tell when I tasted this, it was a five star recipe. However, I totally messed up this recipe by using lite cheese!! The water content in the cheese seperated from the cheese, and I was left with a clumpy mess (that tasted delicious. When dipping chips into the dip, the strings of cheese would be un-ending! I added a spoon full of hot..."

     |  By ladypit

"I have been trying to find a pizza crust that would be suitable for my diet, I have been using the pizza dough from a can, but the sodium content was too high. This dough is too good to be true! Fat free and low sodium. I only used 2 cups of flour and 1 cup of beer and it was enough to cover a large cookie sheet nicely - I did not want the doug..."

     |  By GaylaJ

"I don't always write reviews, but I had to say the flavours of the lime and peppers on tilapia tastes sooooooo amazingly good! I cheated a lot with this recipe, I'm on a diet, so I used low fat mayo instead of butter -- it worked much better then I had anticipated. I didn't have any shallots, so I chopped a couple green onions, and I didn't have..."

"This made a great lunch! I used that salsa that has corn and beans in it. The salsa was really mild, so I got some spicy re-fried beans (the mushy stuff in the can and spread it on the tortillas before adding the mixture. I would recomend using a spicy salsa or picante sauce. It was yum!"
