"I was so impressed with how this came out...it really was one of the most flavorful, complex tasting chicken soups I've ever tasted. Deep golden in color and delicious. When reheating, I simmered the chicken breast meat and new veggies for about 45-50 min, and they cam out perfect."

"Delicious! The only thing is that as written, the sauce was a bit too sweet and missing something. I added additional vinegar (I used cider vinegar and soy sauce. I also added some black pepper and crushed red pepper, and it came out perfect. I used Trader Joe's veggie meatballs, and simmered for about 25 minutes with them, and it was great!"

"This cornbread was fantastic! Just sweet enough, and nice and moist. I used Skim Plus milk and lowfat margarine, and it still came out great. One suggestion: I find that this recipe doesn't have quite enough corn flavor, so I up the cornmeal (I use yellow to 3/4 cup, and only use 1 1/4 cup regular flower. Comes out even better this way."

"This is a wonderful, easy recipe. I made it without the cheese. Also, I pureed the squash completely smooth, and mixed in real maple syrup (to taste, I probably added 1/4 cup and let the soup simmer another 20 minutes or so. It added a really nice slight sweetness (don't add too much."

"This was a moist, delicious fish dish that is really easy to prepare, and uses ingredients that are mostly found around the house. The wife and I both loved it. We'll make it again, though next time I'll use a touch less salt; it tasted just a touch too salty for me."

"This was a delicious dish, my wife and I loved it. The flavor really comes together in the final step when you add the finishing ingredients (if you taste the rice as it's cooking, it may taste deceptively bland, but be patient!. I made a couple of changes, which I highly recommend. First, in addition to the shallots, I sauteed 2-3 cloves of m..."

"This is a delicious dish. I also had problems with the cornstartch sticking to the bottom of my wok; not sure how to fix this problem, but will accept any tips! Aside from that, teriffic, tasty, zesty flavor. The sesame oil gives a great flavor."
