"I was so impressed with how this came out...it really was one of the most flavorful, complex tasting chicken soups I've ever tasted. Deep golden in color and delicious. When reheating, I simmered the chicken breast meat and new veggies for about 45-50 min, and they cam out perfect."

The flavor really comes together in the final step when you add the finishing ingredients (if you taste the rice as it's cooking, it may taste deceptively bland, but be patient!. I made a couple of changes, which I highly recommend. First, in addition to the shallots, I sauteed 2-3 cloves of m..."

"This is a delicious dish. I also had problems with the cornstartch sticking to the bottom of my wok; not sure how to fix this problem, but will accept any tips! Aside from that, teriffic, tasty, zesty flavor. The sesame oil gives a great flavor."
