"Laudee outstanding recipe. My aunt always made the pizzelles at Christmas and to be honest I've been afraid of making them. With her no longer capable of making them and your easy recipe I did it! I used anise as that is the only kind she ever made and they tasted just like hers. thank you for a wonderful recipe."

"I made these this morning for fathers day a very simple recipe with wonderful results. I did add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, freshly grated nutmeg and a teaspoon of vanilla. I hope you don't mind the changes but I didn't want to add another recipe just because of the add ins. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe."

I did add chopped brownies to mine. The only thing I would change is the ice cream texture was grainy, not sure if that is because of the cake mix or just what homemade ice cream..."

"I just made these using my baking ilustrated cookbook. They are wonderful the only difference is how they shape them, I rolled a 1/4 cup of dough into a ball and then tore it in half with my fingertips. Turn jagged edges so they are facing up and form dough back into a ball with jagged edges facing up. It makes them thicker and a nice top on th..."
