"This is a keeper for sure, amazing flavor and super easy to put together! I added zucchini as well and deskinned and defatted the chicken. I can't imagine leaving the skin and all on, would really make it greasy! I used a large can of crushed tomatoes and a jar of my fav. pasta sauce. I served it over penne pasta with parm. cheese sprinkled on top..."

"Wow, these are the best ribs I've ever made. I cooked them in the slow cooker without BBQ sauce, then removed them from the slow cooker and broiled them with the BBQ sauce. They were so tender and fell right off the bone. Thanks for the great recipe, I'll be using it every time I make ribs now."

"These are really great muffins, and didn't find them as dense as other healthy muffin recipes I've used, and will definitely make them again! I used half the raisins called for but increased the apples, just a personal preference, and also doubled the cinnamon!"

"This is a really quick to put together and really enjoyed it. I replaced half the white flour for whole wheat flour, and reduced the sugar by almost half. If you put butter on it you wouldn't even know it was a low fat/low sugar recipe, but that kind of defeats the purpose, so I just put a tiny bit of margarine on top."

"I liked this recipe, but added some extra seasonings since some posters said it was abit bland. I added a mixed italian seasoning and parsley, and also doubled the rice, since it seemed like a lot of sauce for the 2 cups of rice it called for. I added extra cheese and diced onions too!"

"I have used this recipe several times and tomorrow will make 4 dozen and freeze. It is an excellent recipe, but to make it lower fat I substituted the oil with low fat yogurt. I have used whole wheat flour as well, either way this is my favorite muffin recipe! I have never had them turn out dry, and suggest to anyone who has that they probably bak..."

"Oh yummmmmmm!!! I used cream of mushroom soup, italian seasoning with garlic, a little less margaraine than called for, and we loved it! I ate mine with sour cream, hubby ate it just how it was, and we both agreed that for an easy throw together dish (provided you're not worried about fat content, it's worth 5 stars!"

I added a little chili powder but was running out so have to get more. I added a little salt and pepper as well, and just love this rice, thanks for posting! I love rice but don't often co..."

"I thought with all the great reviews this would be a great recipe, but the flavour wasn't to my liking. I couldn't quite finish my pork chop. I cooked them on the grill. They were tender, but the garlic was overpowering I found, and won't be making these again. I cut back on the salt by less than half, hopefully that wasn't why, but I can't see my..."
