"This was good. Super flavorful! I sauteed fresh mushrooms with the onion instead of using canned. I also had to thin the soup down with some milk and chicken broth otherwise it would've been way too thick. Using 1/2 cup of sour cream was just right, I think 1 cup would've been too much. A good recipe overall!"

"Loved this recipe! Definitely will become a regular in our house. Used chicken broth instead of beef. I also threw in some red bell pepper with the onion. I will reduce the hoisin sauce next time, though, and probably add a little more soy. Thanks for a great recipe that uses an inexpensive cut of meat!"
