    Reviewed Vegetable Pancakes

"Very Good!! We are big Paula Deen Fans. We found this recipe on another site and made them for dinner. I came on to post so I didn;t lose the recipe and found it already here. We ended up using about 1 1/2 cups of zucchini and less carrot. We love them!!"

    About Me

Hi - My name is Renee and I'm a zaaraholic :-) I am very happily married and have 3 grown daughters (all over 20) and one new son-in-law. I absolutely love to cook but work full-time and we are usually gone on the weekends. My husband and I bought a Harley in 2005 and we are members of CMA (Christian Motorcyclists Association). We spend just about every Saturday on the bike at one rally or another, Sunday mornings in church and Sunday afternoons trying to catch up on the housework if I have my way, on the bike if he has his way :-). What are my passions? God, My husband :-), my family, my dogs, Church, Nascar racing, Riding our Harley, Making home cooked meals, baking, making candies and making Jams and Jellies. My pet peeves ... hmmmm ... Dirty dishes in the sink (because we have a dishwasher to put them in to!!), being lied to and mean people (With the exception of meanie :-)).

The photo is me (duh) and my baby, Oly. He was abandoned. A man stopped in front of our house, opened his camper shell and tossed something into the Oleander bushes (Thus the name, Oly). My husband ran out to find out what it was and it was a tiny little puppy. We kept him, he is spoiled rotten - obviously, that is HIS chair that he is posing in.

    Favorite Foods

I LOVE Mexican Food. The only thing that I really do not like is fish. I have tried and tried but about the only way I will eat any of it is deep batter fried and that kind of takes the "good for you" out of the equation :-) I guess I would have to say that the dish I am most "famous" for would be my Yummy Chicken, my Almond Roca and my Baileys Truffles!!
