"I have made this several times and loved it! Very tasty. I opted to omit the cayenne and garnished with parsley. Also, instead of white rice, I used brown and found the dish very filling~I even shared with a picky co- worker and he gave it a thumbs up. Thanks for sharing this recipe."

"Easy & simple. I made a 9X13 pan of these, took them into work and they were gone in no time flat. I did sample one corner and was happy with the perfect texture of both chewy and cake like. Thanks for sharing NPG! "

"Excellent recipe Bev~ Easy to follow & all ingredients are on hand. The best part (besides the taste -There is no crack down the middle like there usually is with the cheesecakes I bake. Thanks for sharing."

"Good Pizza! I was looking for something different than the usual sauce and this was it. The only thing I added was a small jar of artichokes, otherwise followed the recipe as written. Thanks for sharing!"

"Thumbs up from everybody! These cookies are soft and WOW~did my kitchen smell good after baking them. I got 22 cookies instead of 36 only because I made mine bigger. I did frost half of them with a cream cheese frosting and left half unfrosted, otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Thank-you for sharing, TGirl. Will make these again!"
