"This was one of the dips I made for our New Year's Eve party. I didn't have jalapenos, so I used some canned chilis. I also had to use salt and pepper. None of the men at the party would try it! The women, however, loved it. All made the same comment- I think this would be better with jalapenos, not the canned chilies. I have to agree. When I make..."

"I made several dips for our New Year's Eve bash, and this was one of them. Very easy and very tasty. I'll make it again, I'm sure. I used lots horseradish cream and lots of bacon: there were only adults at the party, so I felt they could take the "kick". It was enjoyed by all."

"Tasty and easy. I doubled the amount of ravioli (3-cheese and spinach & cheeseand didn't use the pepper flakes. I took it to a party yesterday and brought home a very clean crock pot. We will definitely be making this again. Thanks."

"Long story: Couldn't find a 3 ounce package, so I bought a 6 ounce and counted it out in tablespoonfuls. Then, couldn't find a 12 oz Cool Whip- only an 8 oz or a 16 oz. So, bought 2 8's and fudged.Short story: WOW!!! This was easy, cool, creamy, sweet, crunchy and a hit at the party I carried it off to. We've had a heat wave for over 2 weeks a..."

"We just finished dinner 15 minutes ago and I had to get on the computer right away to let you know this was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! We used about 2.5 pounds of chuck, cut into chunks. We browned the meat first, before putting everything in the crockpot, which we then turned on high for 3 hours. I had my doubts about something so simple tasting sp..."

"Made this last night- it's wonderful. Not as sour as a real sourdough, but with much more flavor than a normal white bread. And the crust! The crust was terrific. Crispy, light... I have to go now and make another loaf."

"I made this last night for our New Year's Eve party. It was a definite hit! I think I will make a pork roast with this as the sauce. It's absolutely wonderful. Sweet and hot. Thanks so much for the recipe."

"I think I "mushed" these too much, but they still came out very tasty. I didn't have cayenne, so I used chili powder, sparingly. Next time I make these, i think I will not grind in the krispies as ruthlessly as I did this time. And I may add some chopped jalapeno pepper and/or some swiss cheese. Like I said, I don't know if these were done to righ..."

"I made this for a little get-together at my sister's, served with thinly sliced french bread. Everyone enjoyed it. My niece, 10, said it would be good in a sandwich, too. I may do that, with some finely chopped celery. This is a very tasty spread. And easy, which is a real help in the busy Christmas season."
