"Easy and delicious. For seasoning I used 1.5 tsp Old Bay and 2 tsp of a seed mixture (Trader Joe's Dukka. The lemon/parsley finishing sauce really gives it a wow factor. I added a little white wine to the sauce as well."

"Hooray for Grandma, this is a fast and delicious recipe. I tend to make 7 instead of 8 so that they are a little bigger. Warm from the oven with real butter, hard to stop eating them."

    Reviewed Perfect Salmon Burgers
     |  By R0cketM0m

"I picked this recipe because it uses fresh salmon and I liked the idea of pureeing part of the salmon and leaving the rest in chunks. I was not disappointed - this recipe is fabulous. The panko crumbs made them easy to handle, and the burgers were tender and flavorful. I tossed arugula with a oil, vinegar, and lemon juice for an easy side."
