"I didn`t realize that my package of tortelinni was only 9 oz so I just subbed bowtie pasta to make up the difference, saved money & it was great, I don`t think it would have been any better if I`d had another package."

I cut the recipe in half and in place of the juniper berries I added some gin Ha! It was fantastic! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe, it has gone into my Favorites cookbook to do again."

"I`ve had these pans for years and their very handy! We loved the bread and I put it into my favorites to make again. It only took 25 min. in my oven, I also think that the bread shouldn`t be left in the pan too long after baking because the bottom gets a little damp.I also did like Carmen did and didn`t use the floured dish towel method. I will de..."

"My husband and I both like the new hamburgers that Jack in the Box has, made with Ciabatta bread so I was hoping maybe this recipe might work. It took me some pinching and adding and I came out with 5 good size buns. While they were raising,it looked like they were`nt going to raise enough to make buns that could be cut in half. After I put them in..."

"This was great! I did everything exactly as was printed. I had to use powdered buttermilk but next time I`ll try it with the real thing and it will probably be even better!I had leftover flour/cornmeal so I`ll use less next time.It worked great to put the coated corn in a small colander over the garbage to separate it easily. My husband & I enjoyed..."

"This was great! I smeared oil on flour tortilla`s instead of spraying them. I did like another reviewer, I fried the eggs, put them on & then the cheese & put them back in the oven that was still hot to melt the cheese & heat them up some more. My husband wanted two eggs on his & that worked also. Will definitely make again!"

"Mine didn`t turn out that well, it kept collapsing while it rose and again while it baked. Is the 1 1/2 TBSP of yeast correct, that seems like an awful lot,I thought maybe you meant tsp. but I noticed none of the other reviewers mentioned it so I went ahead with TBSP. I have the baguette pans also. We still enjoyed it though."
