Reviewed Cracker Barrel's Hash Browns Casserole - Copycat

"Great recipe! I sauteed the onions to help them not be too strong. I also microwaved the hashbrowns to un-thaw them. I halved the butter and sour cream. (as other reviews suggested). I also didn't bake it but for 30 mins and it was perfect (not too dried out). Would highly suggest these changes and it will be perfect!! VERY similar to Cracker Barre..."

    Reviewed Pumpkin Muffins

"Amazing and very tasty! I doubled the recipe to make 24 muffins and used a whole can of pumpkin. My oven took less time than the recipe states so be careful. I used 1/2 cup melted better and 1/2 cup canola oil and it turned out perfect."

"Very yummy. So moist it just falls apart. Would almost add just a little bit more banana but recipe is perfect..."

    About Me

I am a Registered Nurse who works part time night shift at a local hospital. I have a wonderful husband and a wonderful baby boy born to us in March 2010. I love experimenting with new recipes and am always looking for quick and easy ways to plan and make meals. Healthy food is important to us but is a challenge because my husband is a picky eater!
