Shared Recipe Hot Cereal Breakfast, With Fruit, and Optional Egg
I'm happy to say that I have found some great things here, some in the Asian section, as Asians don't use much milk, and some in the slow cooker section as I discover how much more usefull slow cookers are than just casseroles. I bake and roast in my small slow cookers.
I have to thank a couple of the hosts here especially, RedAppleGuy has been very helpful to me, as has rinshinomori, and PaulaG. Thanks for helping me.
I've since realized how important nutrition is! and studied the biochemistry of it. Wow! We really are what we eat, and we must be careful to supply our bodies with the right things, and avoid the wrong things, and do it in moderation. I've been studying the macronutrients, micronutrients, fiber, etc.. google it. Life is a complex chemical process, in a cycle.
And then there is chocolate.
I like seafoods, chicken, turkey, lamb, goat. I don't like octopus. I like sancocho, yuca en escabeche and the Caribbean dishes I learned. I like golumpkis (Polish stuffed cabbage), and ravioli type things that most cultures have. I am interested in the flatbreads of various cultures.
I like blueberries a lot.
oohhh now I'm getting hungry and have to go to the kitchen. brb
