    Reviewed Caramel Brownie Cheesecake Trifle

"This was pretty good. I doubled all the ingredients after reading another review, but the brownies definitely didn't need to be doubled ( I ended up with a whole pan untouched). I decided to use Turtle Flavored pudding ( couldn't find cheesecake or white chocolate) and that ended up being a mistake on my part ( I didn't rate lower because it was my..."

    Reviewed Pistachio Dessert

"I loved this! It was by far my favorite Thanksgiving dessert this year. I doubled the crust and subbed walnuts ( they were a lot cheaper) but kept everything else the same. It's also a very forgiving recipe. As I was taking the pan of crust out of my oven, I dropped the pan onto the oven door!! *eek* Thank goodness it was right side up, but the cr..."

    About Me

I am 30 yrs old and from Buffalo NY and I have a confession to make -I think I am addicted to recipes! I spend almost all of my free time reading recipes and reviews. I am so addicted to zaar I feel weird making recipes without reviews, there is something about reading about what others have to say about it. I love to try out new recipes and ideas and spend a great deal of time cooking. Cooking truly is a labor of love! I have been reading this site for awhile now and I figured it's time to jump in and join in on the fun.

    Favorite Foods

It may be easier to write about the ( short list) of things I don't like ;-). I love a good roasted chicken ( the crispy salty skin being my favorite part). My mom makes the best chicken noodle soup in the world, it is so simple but so good. I also love crab dripping in a ton of butter, olives of any variety, crisp fall apples ( nothing beats the crunch), a good sharp cheddar cheese and chocolate-- can't ever forget about the chocolate!!!
