I drastically changed my eating habits abotu three years ago when I couldn`t take feeling crappy and being overweight anymore. I started eating vegan and very healthy for a couple of years, but these days I`m vegetarian and on special ocassions eat poultry and fish. I also use things like white sugar now, but I still do my best to create healthy yet tasty recipes.
During my drastic diet change I did a Lot of research and, besides learning all kinds of kitchen tips, I learned about the horrors of our food politics, all the food that`s wasted, and all the scary stuff that can be found in food products. I love to help teach people about eating healthy and hope to creat a big food zine one day.
