    About Me

Southern California girl, love the outdoors - learning to sail (my new obsession) My favorite place is being in G-d's handy work, from the smallest grain of sand to the largest mountain. The freedom of sailing is releasing control to the environment being at the will of the wind.
I recently discovered I'm gluten intolerant, it's not hard enough keeping Kosher. It is a amazing how much hidden gluten is in the food we eat. Learning where to look has been a battle.

    Favorite Foods

Sourdough bread was a favorite - trying to learn how to make it gluten free is a project.

    Fruits/Vegetables of all kinds.

Chocolate - do i need to say anything else!
