    About Me

I love to cook but recently because of health issues I discovered how wonderful raw foods can be. Raw foods (vegan, no dairy or meats) are the best for you since you not only get a fresh supply of all the nutrients but also the enzymes necessary for health and healing. Cooking or over heating our food kills the enzymes and it is also harder for our bodies to extract and digest the nutrients from our food when it is cooked. Even though raw is best I still enjoy some cooked foods.

I am also interested in gluten-free recipes, sprouting, and dehydrating.
