    "This is a great recipe. I add 1 teaspoon of vanilla for a little extra flavor. I also make my own Buttermilk by putting 1 Tablespoon of vinegar in the glass measuring cup before adding enough lactose free skim milk to measure 1 1/4 cups. I've also found that using a moderate heat works best."
