"I would give this 5 stars, but the chicken just wasn't right for me. Leaving the skin on is great for flavor, but I find it pretty slimy and ended up taking it off and losing some of the sauce, which was sooooo delicious. Any suggestions how I could make the chicken crispy but still moist?"
