Reviewed Chicken Lazone
"This was a delicious chicken recipe! I did use milk instead of the heavy cream and it thickened well with the butter. This is a keeper in my house!"

Reviewed Tasty Chicken Drumettes (Kid Pleaser)
"YUMMY!!! For a fast tasty meal this was awesome! I used chicken breasts instead of drumettes. We all loved it. Since I didn't have the garlic I used a 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. I added the marinade ingredients into a ziploc storage bag then added the chicken and marinaded. No bowls involved! Thanks for a great tasty fast chicken meal!"

I am a retired bartender who now works for the US Post Office and running my daughter around for her shoots. For fun, I love to cook, paint and cross-stitch. My favorite cookbook changes as I buy new, which is at least every week. I must have over 1000. But my all-time favorite is The Cake Doctor. If I had a month off to do what I would like to do I would be trying a bunch of new recipes out of my enormous collection!
I do have some recipe groups, one is DessertLovers and the other is LuvOfRecipes. Here are links if you want to check them out.

My favorite dish to make would be my chicken cresent rolls. That is my family's all-time favorite and quite easy. I guess you would also say it would be the dish I was famous for along with my Stuffed Manacotti. As far as restaurants, I would have to say the Golden Dragon here in Rhode Island. Awesome Chinese!!
