I am a retired bartender who now works for the US Post Office and running my daughter around for her shoots. For fun, I love to cook, paint and cross-stitch. My favorite cookbook changes as I buy new, which is at least every week. I must have over 1000. But my all-time favorite is The Cake Doctor. If I had a month off to do what I would like to do I would be trying a bunch of new recipes out of my enormous collection!
I do have some recipe groups, one is DessertLovers and the other is LuvOfRecipes. Here are links if you want to check them out.

My favorite dish to make would be my chicken cresent rolls. That is my family's all-time favorite and quite easy. I guess you would also say it would be the dish I was famous for along with my Stuffed Manacotti. As far as restaurants, I would have to say the Golden Dragon here in Rhode Island. Awesome Chinese!!
