    About Me

Retired in 2007 after 32 years of work in Public Health. I play tennis, walk with my husband twice a day, go to Curves, like to cook easy quick dishes and especially enjoy yummy eats. My most famous dish is Chicken Cacciatore with artichoke hearts that I prepared on a TV show in 1973 called the JoAnn Carson Show. I was the home economist and prepared the foods for her cooking demo.

    Favorite Foods

I love Italian foods but Mexican, Chinese and American are all good too.
