The Kentucky Boonedocks
"These were good, sort of like my tipsy cakes minus the coffee. I am sure that I'll be baking these again, but trying rum and maybe a different whiskey. Kudos, darlin...these were great!"

"DEEEEELISH! Late last night I remembered the cookie jar thing going on and realized I hadn't made any of my cookies. I raided my ingredients stash and found all the stuff. I did half the recipe since it was just me eating and still had plenty to give away and plenty to eat myself. I did appreciate the fact that these had no nuts because I have..."

"This was DEEELISH! I hate to admit at first, I thought about tossing it. It just was a little more bite than I was used to. But when the fire hit the chops...Mom and Me, well, we dug in like two little pigs! I served them with broccoli & cheese potatoe skins, fresh turnip greens from the farmer's market, homebaked bread, and, of course, sweet ..."

"This was deeeelish! I made a double batch of jus and when I wanted something warm and filling, I just popped some in the microwave, toasted up some bread, and dunked away, no sandwich required. The restaurant I frequent charges 8.99 for a foot long sandwich. Now, I can make one for less than half that and I know what's going into the jus! YUMM..."

"Okay, I'm back. Carved up those big ole punkins and tried the seeds again. I kept the 300 degrees and roasted them for about 12 minutes. Perfection! I snacked o these while I got ready for my booffett. I'm so looking forward to trying the cinnamon-sugar with butter on the other big punkin I haven't carved yet. :D "

"I was sick in bed all day yesterday and didn't feel like eating a thing. I woke up hungry for cinnamon rolls today and wanted a recipe with no effort, but delicious gooey taste. Since I haven't been to the grocery store in a month of Sundays, I didn't have much on hand. This recipe was a life-saver to my poor starving taste-buds. They are so t..."

"This was the first meatloaf recipes I've followed and when I sliced it, it stayed together. FOUR THUMBS UP from me and Mom. Only thing it needed was Pop to eat with us!"

"KFC is my favorite restaurant gravy. This tastes JUST LIKE IT...I SWEAR! It was so easy and I used Campbells beef gravy. I whipped up some instant mashed taters and was instantly transported to the Colonel's table. YUM YUM! No more late night runs for me..I can make this at home! Thanks a bunch, DiB!"

"DEEEEElish...what can I say? Strawberries, bananas...yum! The only thing I didn't care for were the strawberry seeds but, a small sacrifice for the frothy goodness. "
