"Surprisingly good, I was skeptical. I didn't use that much poblano and added more garlic. It was a littly "soupy" but I mashed some of the beans to help with consistency. I enjoyed it over lime flavored tortilla chips topped with cilantro and cheese. Even better leftover!"

"The peppers were outstanding! I sliced the chicken prior to marinating to pickup more flavor since I only had 2 hours. I would definitely marinate longer next time and reduce or eliminate the water. "Exceptional mexican rice recipe! It takes a little bit of prep work, but the effort is worth it! I only cooked for 25 minutes - I drained some of the liquid from my tomatoes so it would have turned out dry had I cooked for the entire time. Made this with Chili's Fajitas Recipe #8595.
