"Mmmm, these were tasty! But silly me, I doubled the potatoes without doubling the garlic! And to no surprise, it wasn't garlicy enough- so I'll know to do that next time! "For those of you who had rice troubles, I have a recipe similar to this, and it helps the rice to cook if you brown it first in a skillet with 1 tb of butter- Just a helpful hint! Oh and don't over cook the rice, just heat it up on med heat until the rice looks see through."

"OH WOW!! I LOVED this! My dh was VERY nervous about the ingredients and how it smelled so I added 2 TB of sugar to offset it. It was SO wonderful!! I found that it helped to take out the chicken pieces so that the sauce thickened quicker- then I poured it over the chicken and rice- MMMMMM So tasty!
