    About Me

A Hobbit born and raised in Tampa hence by propensity for all things saffron and garlic. There was a time when I could drop in to a friendly inn for my favorite cuban treats but I have long since journeyed far from home to a land that does not know what a chorizo or plantain is. Sad isn't it? Now the paella and flan must be my own doing.

    Favorite Foods

Shrimp but I have recently become allergic to them. After that comes Aroz con Pollo (yellow rice and chicken) Paella, fried plantains, guava, spanish bean soup (garbanzo beans) Cincinati chili, srooms, open pit BBQ, flan. Since a recent journey to Venezuela I have added arepas to the list. That's a start but you know it isn't good for a hobbit to travel only on a partially full stomach.
