    "I used stale french bread. Amazing flavor.Also used regular seasoning salt in place of salt which really made these meatballs pop. Excellent recipe."

    "This is by far the best deer roast I have ever eaten in my entire life!!I followed your recipe to a T except I Added a sprig of fresh thyme and a sprig of fresh rosemary to the italian dressing marinade.The slight tang in the meat reminded me of sauerbraten.Truly exquisite.I used real butter for my gravy roux which mellowed out the flavors and put..."
