    My favorite food to prepare is Salmon, being in the the PNW we get the best Salmon fresh off the boats.

    Thick T-Bone steak, med-rare. prepared with olive oil, salt & pepper.

    Fresh salmon prepared on the BBQ.

    Thick pork chops with apples.

    Chili.

    Biscuits & Gravy

    French toast.
