    "Hi, we're in Australia and have no access to Chex. See, even the computer spell check doesn't recognise it! But very keen to make this recipe. We do have a type of kitchen sponge called `Chux' but I know this wouldn't work in terms of the flavour. Could someone tell me an Australian equivalent to Chex please?"
